Meet Bill
Feeling cultish? Find out why Bills Khakis has gained a devoted following from coast to coast, reviving the classics since 1990.

When I first heard of Bills Khakis, I thought, “That sounds like a homey little brand.” I was kind of right, but mostly wrong. (See, I can admit it.) Bills Khakis may be a small company, but it fulfills a big promise that has gained it a cult following from coast to coast: That it will end your search for a brand of khakis you can stick with forever. In all my experience in retail, I couldn’t agree more.

Bills

A certain Bill Thomas, during his college days in 1985, found a pair of original WWII khakis at an Army surplus store. He fell in love with their deep pockets, incredible durability and, above all, their remarkable comfort. Soon after, he set out to share this piece of Americana with men everywhere.

“As fascinated as we are with the future, our hearts lie in the past. Old movies, books and vintage photographs are places we go to connect,” he says.

Today, Bills Khakis offers much more than just khakis and is available in 500 fine men’s boutiques across the U.S., like ours, recruiting new believers with each classic garment sold.

billsAll Bills Khakis pieces are produced in the United States, in a renovated warehouse in inner city Reading, Pennsylvania. “We choose to locate here to serve as an example that a 21st century business can still compete in a city that was built on a 20th century economy,” Bill says.

The brand has been named to Inc. Magazine’s Inner City 100 five times, as one of America’s 100 fastest growing inner city businesses.

At Hudson & Jane we have a prime selection of Bills’ shirts, pants and shorts, perfect for spring and beyond. Come in and discover the brand that wants to stick with you forever.

No, "Hudson" & "Jane" aren't actual, physical people. But yes, they are real people. They are a little bit Rick, a little bit Flo Ann, a little bit sassy and a little bit sweet. They are outgoing yet thoughtful. Dramatic yet down-to-earth. Stylish, but never trendy. They are fully Kansas City. Fully human. Fully . . . YOU.
